Ranging from a complete planning service to a gentle point in the right direction, Dawn Marie offers professional, friendly, creative guidance to make your event a truly unique occasion.

There are three usual levels of consultation - an initial consultation service, follow-up sessions and a final check and on-the-day service to ensure a trouble-free day. However, these packages are for guidance only and we can offer as little or as much help as you need. Please call to discuss your individual requirements.

• INITIAL CONSULTATION

  Beginning with a two hour meeting at your home, this service offers the chance to talk over the Bride and Grooms ideas and discuss new ideas to help create a day that stands out from traditional / conventional weddings. Dawn Marie will offer help with finding a venue, structuring the day to include all the couple's ideas, creating a suitable timetable for the day and provide a booking service for professional, reliable companies in order to complete the day. Following the meeting, Dawn will research your requirements and present your wedding options to you. Some follow-up phone calls and emails are included.

• FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

  If the Bride and Groom wish to further discuss the portfolio or want to add, change or develop any of the ideas, follow-up sessions may be booked by the hour.

• ON THE DAY

  Starting around four weeks before the event, this additional package ensures all suppliers are contacted to finalise timings and details of the service they are to provide. A final meeting with the Bride and Groom (around 2 hours) is included to keep the couple fully informed. Dawn Marie will also be in attendance for around 8 hours on the day ensuring everything goes according to plan.

• BESPOKE SERVICE

  If your requirements do not fit into one of the above packages, Dawn Marie will be happy to work with you on a 'by-the-hour' basis ensuring your very individual requirements are met.

• CIVIL MARRIAGES

  Working closely with Newcastle and Northumberland Registration Services since 1995, Dawn Marie is able to offer help with all aspects of Civil Marriages from where to give notice of your intention to marry to which venues would be suitable for your occasion.

  A Marriage Rehearsal package is available covering all your questions about civil ceremonies including details of readings, music, signing the register, seating arrangements plus a full run-through of your ceremony.

• RECEPTIONS

  Whether it is a lavish marquee reception complete with fairground, a traditional reception following a marriage, an intimate, bespoke reception following a baby naming ceremony or a function to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or corporate milestone, Dawn Marie has the imagination, flair and experience to make your event truly memorable.

• BABY NAMING AND RENEWAL OF VOWS CEREMONIES

  For parents who want a bespoke service to celebrate the naming of their child or couples who want to reaffirm their marriage, Dawn Marie can help with creating the perfect script to selecting the right celebrant to conduct your ceremony.
